In this role, you will help craft paid digital content, work with the digital content and creative teams to integrate our paid and organic social media efforts, use digital analytics tools to optimize our paid programs, and coordinate with external vendors. As the Digital Paid Media Manager, you’ll:

  • Design and launch social media advertising campaigns as appropriate – particularly during rapid response moments;
  • Analyze and track digital advertising performance and create reports for a variety of stakeholders;
  • Create and adapt content for innovative digital paid media programs (as well as organic social media content as needed);
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors, including TV, mail, and on-the-ground organizers, to ensure we’re running integrated, layered, and authentic campaigns;
  • Take on other digital team projects as needed.

About you

  • You have experience managing, growing, launching, and analyzing advertising campaigns on social media channels using tools like Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, and Google Adwords;
  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and work well under pressure;
  • You’re a great writer who is passionate about moving people to take action online;
  • You’re comfortable in Excel and enjoy crafting stories from data.
  • You live for rapid-response moments and are always excited to jump into new fights;
  • You love tracking the latest trends and trying new, innovative approaches;
  • You’ve got a sense of humor and are comfortable taking on evolving responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

In addition, it would be a bonus if…

  • You have a keen eye for creative and know what works and what doesn’t (but aren’t afraid of trying new things);
  • You’re familiar with social media analytics tools like CrowdTangle and Crimson Hexagon;
  • You’re comfortable working with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other graphic design tools.
